LAVONIA, Ga. – Foam and latex producer Latexco US will introduce a sustainable, eco-friendly foam designed specifically for comfort toppers on mattresses at the upcoming ISPA Expo in Orlando, Fla.

Made with materials sustainably extracted from the Hevea Brasiliensis rubber tree, NaturalFoam Pulse is breathable, offers ventilation and helps maintain a healthy sleeping environment, the company said. The certified foam is manufacturing using the company’s patented SonoCore process that reduces energy consumption.

“There’s palpable excitement to be at ISPA Expo once again after the pandemic hiatus, and we are confident that many of our new innovations in the Latexco House of Comfort will draw great interest from customers and partners who share our values and initiatives for sustainability,” said Koen Gebruers, CEO.

NaturalFoam Pulse complements Latexco’s GOLS-certified NaturalFoam that offers a range of mattress cores, toppers and pillows made with Dunlop latex.

“One of the biggest trends is sustainable and natural products for the home, driven mostly by the largest consumer demographic, Millennials, who are seeking natural, organic and sustainable products and brands for wellness and social responsibility reasons,” said Evi Brilleman, vice president of marketing and business development.

Latexco recently unveiled two other products. In the cool sleep category, LatexCool is a mattress design that integrates phase change material for 30% improved cooling, which equals six hours of active cooling. Silhouette is a mattress core that provides cross-linked ventilation and seven zones of comfort and support.

The company’s Soul Spring, a hybrid mattress, is now available with natural latex. The roll-pack mattress is designed with solid latex-encapsulated pocket springs.

The company will host a cocktail party in its ISPA Expo booth, 801, 4-6 p.m., March 8.
